Terms and Conditions

Eazy Fidelity ("the service") is a product of Eazy Life Company ("we", "us"). It includes the app for iPhone and Android and the website eazy-fidelity.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy (eazy-fidelity.com/privacy), which is part of these Terms.

Eazy Fidelity is the loyalty program of the businesses you visit. There are two ways to use it:

• As a customer: you join a business by scanning its QR code, show your code at the counter, collect visits and exchange them for the rewards of its promotions.
• As a business: you create your promotions and rewards, your team records visits at the counter and you see how your customers come back.

We provide the platform. Promotions and rewards are offered by each business, not by Eazy Life Company.

To have an account you must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age your country requires to consent to the use of your data).

Give us real details (your name and a valid email or phone number) and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else is using it, contact us.

An account is personal: it cannot be lent, sold or transferred.

Work accounts (the person who runs a business and their team) are created or authorized by the business and may only be used for that business.

• Each business sets its own rules: when a visit counts (for example, its opening hours or a minimum time between two visits), how many visits each reward needs, and when and where it is collected.
• A visit is recorded by the staff of the business when you show your code. The code lasts one minute and renews itself.
• Visits and rewards have no cash value: they cannot be exchanged for money or passed on to another person, unless the business expressly offers it.
• A reward you request has a collection period. If you do not collect it in time, it may expire.
• The business may change or end a promotion. Handing over the reward, and its quality, is the responsibility of the business.
• If you delete your account or leave a business, you lose the balance you had there.

If you have a problem with a visit or a reward, talk to the business first. If it is not solved, write to us and we will try to help.

We send you notifications about your account: a visit was added, a reward is ready, or a reward is about to expire.

When you join a business you agree to receive its news. You can stop at any time: leave that business, or turn off notifications in your phone settings.

• You are responsible for your promotions, your rewards and what you publish (texts and photos): they must be true, legal in your country, and yours or used with permission.
• You commit to handing over the rewards your customers earn under the rules you set.
• Your customers’ data (name, contact details, visits) is only for running your loyalty program. You may not sell it, share it or use it for anything else, and you must comply with the data protection law of your country.
• You answer for your team’s accounts and for what they record. Remove anyone who stops working with you.
• During the beta we set up businesses ourselves and the service is free. If paid plans are introduced later, we will tell you the price and conditions before charging anything.

You may not:

• record visits that did not happen, share your code with someone else, or create several accounts to obtain rewards;
• publish content that is illegal, misleading, offensive or that infringes the rights of others;
• use bots or automated tools against the service, bypass its security measures, or access other people’s accounts or data;
• copy, modify, resell or decompile the app or the website, except where the law allows it.

We may cancel visits or rewards obtained by cheating, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules or the law.

The app, the website, their design, trademarks and software belong to Eazy Life Company or its licensors. The name, logo and photos of each business belong to that business. These Terms do not give you the right to use our brand without written consent.

We work to keep Eazy Fidelity available, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available": there may be interruptions or errors, and we may change, add or remove features.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eazy Life Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, or for what a business promises, publishes or fails to hand over to its customers.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health) or your rights as a consumer.

You can stop using Eazy Fidelity and delete your account at any time: in the app, in your profile, or at eazy-fidelity.com/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Disputes are subject to the courts of Düsseldorf, Germany, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts of your own country.

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app. If you keep using Eazy Fidelity afterwards, you accept the updated Terms.
