EazyClinic ("the App") is developed and maintained by Merlin Lopez ("Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user data.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Account information: name, email address, and professional license number provided during registration.

Patient data: names, contact details, treatment history, and appointment records entered by the healthcare professional using the App.

Photos: before/after patient photos uploaded by the user, stored locally on the device.

Authentication tokens: JSON Web Tokens (JWT) stored locally on the device to maintain session state.

To authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.

To allow healthcare professionals to manage patients, treatments, and appointments.

To generate clinical reports in PDF format.

Patient data and authentication tokens are stored on the user's device and on the App's backend server hosted at api.glowappclinic.com.

Photos and PDF reports are stored locally on the device.

No data is sold or shared with third parties.

All communication between the App and the backend is performed over HTTPS. Authentication is handled via Bearer tokens.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting the Developer at the email address listed in the Support section.

The App is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals. It is not directed at children under 13 years of age.

The Developer may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
