The App is intended exclusively for licensed healthcare professionals managing clinical records.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable local laws and medical data regulations.

You must not use the App to store or process data for any purpose other than legitimate clinical management.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

As the healthcare professional using the App, you are the data controller for any patient information you enter.

The Developer does not access, review, or take responsibility for the patient data you enter into the App.

You must obtain any required patient consent before storing their data in the App.

The App and its original content, features, and design are the property of Merlin Lopez.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

The Developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

The Developer may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
