Delete your account

You can delete your Eazy Fit account and its data at any time.

From the app (fastest)

Open Eazy Fit and sign in.
On Home, tap your profile picture (top right).
Tap Delete account and confirm with Delete for good.

Without the app

Send an email from the address of your account to kontakt.eazylife@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Eazy Fit account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Immediately and permanently, from our servers:

Your account: email, nickname and sign-in (email/password, Google or Apple).
Your group memberships. If you were a group admin, the group passes to its oldest member.
Your posts, photos, comments, likes and reactions.
The workouts and results you shared or synced, and your notifications.

What is kept

Workouts saved only on your phone stay on your phone (they are removed when you uninstall the app).
An anonymous record of the app installation (platform, app version, device model), no longer linked to you.

No other data is kept after deletion.

Eliminar tu cuenta de Eazy Fit

Desde la app: abre Eazy Fit → en Inicio toca tu foto de perfil (arriba a la derecha) → Eliminar cuenta → confirma.

Sin la app: escribe desde el email de tu cuenta a kontakt.eazylife@gmail.com con el asunto "Delete my Eazy Fit account". La borramos en un máximo de 30 días y te lo confirmamos.

Qué se borra: al momento y para siempre, tu cuenta, tus grupos (si eras admin, el grupo pasa al miembro más antiguo), tus posts, fotos, comentarios y reacciones, y los entrenos y resultados subidos. Qué se queda: solo los entrenos guardados en tu móvil y un registro anónimo de la instalación, ya sin relación contigo.
