Terms of Service

By downloading or using Eazy Fit ("the app"), made by Eazy Life Company ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These Terms apply to all users of Eazy Fit on the App Store and Google Play. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Eazy Fit lets you build custom workouts, follow them with a guided player, schedule training sessions and track your progress.

You can use the app without an account: your routines, workouts and progress then stay only on your device. An optional account (email and password, Google or Apple) unlocks the community features: groups, group feed and wall, monthly ranking and shared workouts.

Eazy Fit is free to use and contains no advertising. If we ever introduce paid features, their price and conditions will be shown clearly in the app before any purchase.

To create an account you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the processing of your data).

Give us a valid email address and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. If you think someone else is using it, contact us.

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Home → your profile picture → Delete account) or as described at eazylifecompany.com/projects/eazy-fit/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

You keep ownership of what you post: workouts, results, posts, photos, comments and reactions. So that the app can show it to your groups, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display it to the members of those groups while it stays in the app. The license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Content you share with a group is visible only to its members; nothing is public outside your groups. If you were a group admin and delete your account, the group passes to its oldest member.

You agree not to post or share content that:

• is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, violent or sexually explicit;
• infringes someone else’s rights, including copyright, image or privacy (for example, photos of people without their consent);
• is spam, advertising or misleading;
• contains malware or tries to access other users’ accounts or data.

We may remove content, or suspend or close accounts, that break these rules or the law. To report content or a user, email kontakt.eazylife@gmail.com.

You may use Eazy Fit for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the app or its content.

You may not reverse engineer or decompile the app (except where the law allows it), use bots or automated tools against our servers, bypass the app’s security checks (such as Firebase App Check), or disrupt the service for other users.

Eazy Fit is intended for general fitness use. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new exercise program.

You are responsible for the physical activity you do with Eazy Fit. Train within your limits and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

The app, its design, graphics, exercise library, trademarks and software belong to Eazy Life Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use our name, logos or brand elements without our written consent.

We work to keep Eazy Fit available, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, add or remove features. Workouts stored only on your device are your responsibility: they are removed if you uninstall the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eazy Life Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including injuries from training or content posted by other users.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

You can stop using Eazy Fit at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Düsseldorf, Germany, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts of your own country.

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app. If you keep using Eazy Fit after the changes, you accept the updated Terms.
