Privacy Policy

You can use Eazy Fit without creating an account. In that case your routines, workouts and progress are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.

Each time the app opens, it sends us an anonymous installation record so we can count active installations: a random installation ID created by the app, the platform (Android/iOS), the app version, the OS version, the device model and the app language. It does not contain your name, email or any account data.

An account is optional. It unlocks the community features: groups, group feed and wall, monthly ranking and shared workouts. When you create an account we process:

• Account data: your email address, your nickname and how you sign in (email and password, Google or Apple). Passwords are stored only as a secure hash.
• Workouts and results that you sync or share with your groups (exercises, sets, reps, weight, duration).
• Community content: groups you create or join, posts, photos, comments, likes and reactions.
• Notifications related to your groups, and a push notification token for your device.

Who can see it: members of your groups can see your nickname, the workouts and results you share with the group, your posts, photos, comments and reactions, and your place in the group ranking. Nothing is public outside your groups.

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) to deliver push notifications.
• Firebase App Check (Google Play Integrity on Android, App Attest on iOS) to verify that requests come from the genuine app and protect the service against bots and abuse.
• Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple, if you choose them to sign in.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. The app contains no advertising and we do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.

Only to provide the app and its features (your account, groups, sharing, notifications), to keep the service secure, and to count installations. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal bases (GDPR): performance of our agreement with you when you use the app and its account features (Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and knowing how many installations are active (Art. 6(1)(f)).

All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed and access to our servers is restricted.

We keep your account data until you delete your account. You can delete it at any time in the app: Home → your profile picture → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, group memberships, posts, photos, comments, reactions, synced workouts and results and notifications are removed from our servers. If you were a group admin, the group passes to its oldest member. Workouts stored only on your device stay there until you uninstall the app. The anonymous installation record is kept, no longer linked to you.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email kontakt.eazylife@gmail.com.

Eazy Fit is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it.

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
